Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Spring Season Registration
If player who has already registered chooses not to play GRALA Lacrosse prior to the start of their age-specific February - March Pre-Season Lacrosse start date, a refund of 100% registration amount less any USA Lacrosse fees will be refunded and less a $25.00 GRALA administrative fee will be given. If said player is a 6U/8U, a refund of 100% registration amount less any USA Lacrosse fees and less a $25.00 GRALA administrative fee will be given until 1 day prior to start of the season. After February - March Pre-Season Lacrosse begins, but before April 15th, if a player cannot play because of a season ending injury, family relocation, playing high school lacrosse or any other reason, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded less a $25.00 GRALA administrative fee. If a player who has already registered chooses to play at the Varsity/JV level, they will receive a full registration refund. After April 15th, no refunds.
KIRK WATSON MEMORIAL SHOOTOUT
If tournament is cancelled two (2) weeks or longer prior to the scheduled start of the tournament. Full refund less $25 administration fee. If tournament is cancelled between one (1) week and the scheduled start of the tournament. Refund will be 75% of tournament fees paid. If team drops out two weeks or before the event starts, a full refund minus $50 processing fee will be processed. If team drops out inside of two weeks of start of event, no refund will be processed.
